Built by Hitachi from 2014, the Hankyu 1300 Series (阪急電鉄1300系) operates on the Hankyu Kyoto Main Line. While similar in appearance to its sister 1000 Series trains, the 1300 Series is powered by Toyo Denki IGBT-VVVF traction control system instead of Toshiba PMSM.
